On the Azure portal, search for Yoapp
Open YoAppGW
Under YoAppGW you will find a storage account of the Firewall Logs under Diagnostic Logs, in this case gneyumtd35bxmdiag
Open Microsoft Azure Storage Explorer and make sure you log in with your Azure Portal details
Under BizSpark Plus there is a Directory tree, Open Storage Accounts
Find the gneyumtd35bxmdiag storage account.
Open Blob Containers
Open insights-logs-applicationgatewayfirewalllog
From there you will open the log based on the time you want
In this case it was 2018/03/20 at 6:00, click on download once you find the file, attach it to the ticket of the call logged
